Check out the Personal Stress Reliever! Happiness often lies in finding the right balance for all aspects of our lives; giving appropriate time to what is important to us.  This is no easy task, yet very much the key to a satisfying life.  Life balance is about:

managing and keeping up with all the many responsibilities, to dos and pressures of our work and our lives
taking time to care well for our bodies, with proper sleep, healthy food and exercise
finding what it is we are passionate about/ and using our signature strengths regularly.  Also making the time for what we truly enjoy in life, such as sports, dancing, theater.  
time to nourish our relationships with family, friends and others

time to for learning and personal growth

time to nourish our spirit with whatever helps truly refuel our hearts and souls, such as being in nature, meditating, singing, laughing.
